Rated on a scale of 1-5. 1 being very poor and 5 being excellent.
The location is very great,
close to a lot of stores and
restaurants. The management
has always been super nice to
me and very helpful. The
smallest floor plan available
is still more than enough
space for one person and a
reasonable price.
Parking isn't the best, but
the parking rental isn't too
expensive either, if you were
going to use it everyday.

It's quiet, parking
complicated at times. Wish I
had a garage and could get the
mold to stop in my window.
Ants an issue every yer but
could be worse. Close to many
things to do.

It's well-maintained, and most
of the staff are knowledgeable
and very polite. Most of the
residents try to be good
neighbors. Pets are allowed,
which is great; there are of
course a few owners who do not
pick up after their pets, or
walk animals off leash, and a
few who cheat and have dogs
upstairs. The way the
buildings are structured means
that upstairs residents seem
noisy or like 300-pound
stomping elephants. Upstairs
and "inside" apartments are
much warmer. The pools are
great and kept up well. There
is only one play area for
kids, and it is designed for
younger children. The smaller
exercise room has one piece of
equipment; I have had other
tenants tell me that the
equipment in the larger room
is not maintained. Exteriors
of buildings are kept up,
grounds are clean, trees and
lake are beautiful. The trash
and recycling center is very
handy. The
grounds/landscaping people do
weird things that create huge
muddy areas, scalp bushes, and
remove groundcover; mowers
create large deep ruts.
Maintenance staff members are
nice, professional and come
right away. All but one of
the sidewalk lights in my area
have been broken for more than
a year, and I had a guest fall
one night.

As far as apartment living
goes, I feel Sterling Pointe
is reasonablly priced for the
area. Murrayhill is an
exceptional area to live in,
safe, convenient, great
schools. The apartments are
spacious, though upgrades are
a certainly necessary (ovens,
dryers, etc. are very
outdated). Yes, you can hear
the neighbors (if they're
being obnoxiously loud), but
no more so than in any other
apartment. There is a mold
issue, especially around the
windows and in the bathroom,
where there is excessive
moisture, quick swipe of
bleach takes care of that for
about a week (in the winter).
It does take maintenance an
excessive amount of time to
fix anything (my dryer was
broken for 6 days), but when
they do fix things they are
personable, professional, and
quick. The year round jacuzzi
and indoor pool are great.

I am coming to the close of my
first year living here at
Sterling Pointe Apartments. I
am planning on renewing my
lease next year. I have had
nothing but good experiences
with the staff and apartment
and look forward to remaining
a happy resident for some time
to come.
The only issue that I have
seen as an issue is parking.
Unless I pay an additional fee
for covered parking or a
garage, of which there are
none available in the
immediate vicinity of my
apartment, finding available
parking has been a constant
struggle. However, there is
probably little that can be
done about this issue and so
it barely qualifies as a
complaint.
With regard to recommending
Sterling Pointe to a friend, I
have already done so on two
occasions.

Safe, not too expensive, great
hot tubs/pool/gym, quiet

The staff are extremely
friendly and helpful. The
apartments are wonderfully
laid out and I'm extremely
satisfied with my Apartment.
However, parking is an issue.
The appliances are old (my
stove's oven dial is so worn I
can't tell the temperature
I've set my oven to). All in
all, it's an excellent place
to live that has a few rough
edges that need to be dealt
with.

I would tell them that it's a
great complex to live at. The
management team is awesome and
they prove to you that they
care about every individual
that lives here!

Its great! The only negatives
are that parking is terrible
and they are older interiors
(carpet, Appliances,etc)
For the noise rater below, the
question doesnt quite match up
with your scale, I can hear my
naighbors way too well!

It is a really nice place to
live. The parking is
horrible. And my neighbors
are extremely rude and
abnoxious.

Its Quiet, friendly neighbors,
the grounds are always kept up
well. Friendly office staff.

Sterling Pointe is a great
place to live. It is in a
great and premier location in
Beaverton bordering Tigard.
The grounds of the apartment
complex are vast and plush
with great landscaping. The
management is top of the line
and very friendly. It is also
affordable and the units are
spacious.

As a parent, I'd like to know
but you might want to have
famlies remind their children
to walk on the sidewalks when
there is one to walk on. It
took me forever to get through
because kids scattered all
over the driveway, I would
hate to see anyone get hurt.
Parking!! Ask tenants to park
in one parking spot! not
halfway on the other, they
need to park straighter.
Dog poo! Please have dog
owners PICK UP after their
pets.........so disgusting to
see poop everywhere. I have
witnessed a few of my
neighbors letting their dogs
go and then NOT clean up. I
want to say something but am
not confrontational and I
don't want to be threatened or
bothered.
The indoor pool is in some
serious need of cleaning, last
time I was there it was pretty
gross. Can you also fix some
of the equipment in the weight
room? the machines seem to be
broken or inoperable.
Thanks, Deana
otherwise you guys are doing
GREAT!

I just moved in but it seems
like everyone here is pretty
nice. The place we are in is
small but nice and the noise
level isn't bad at all.
